Does this system include an automated answering system? If the Voice Mail system is included, this system can answer and route calls 24/7 365 days a year. This system can even route call to cell phones automatically 24/7 365 days a year.
What does 4-Port Voice Mail Mean? The 4 port is the amount of connections that users or callers can be made to the voice mail system at one time. 4 users can be checking their voice mail at one time or 4 callers can be calling in and accessing the automated attendant system to route calls, or 2 users can be checking their voice mail and 2 callers can be calling and accessing the automated attendant to route. Typically if you plan answer calls with a live person, a 2 port voice mail will be sufficient. If you plan on using the automated attendant to answer calls and estimate up to 4 incoming calls at one time you would want a 4 port voice mail.
