The SL2100 starts out at 3 lines in X 8 digital station ports X 2 analog
station ports. Maximum expansion on a single chassis is up to 24 digital station
ports X 12 incoming lines X as many as 32 analog station ports. The main chassis
also includes 8 IP channels for IP phone expansion with licensing.
A number of 2 expansion chassis can be added to the main chassis increasing
the expansion up to 36 incoming lines X 72 digital stations X 96 analog station
ports.
Each chassis has 4 expansion ports. 4 CO Trunk cards for incoming lines can
be added, Up to 3 digital station cards can be added, and up to 4 analog station
cards can be added.
Each slot can accept 1 analog station card or 1 digital station card. The CO
Trunk cards are a daughter board and can be added to either a digital or analog
station card
A 4 port X 2 hour voice mail is built in with a 15 hour expansion card
available for larger systems.
You have a choice of two cordless phones
A Digital Dect Cordless Phone that simply connects to an existing digital station port.
An IP Dect Cordless Phone for IP enables NEC Phone systems.
No need for an external Music on Hold Player.
The NEC SL2100 includes flash drive space to upload or record Music on Hold
advertisements or greetings internally.
A basic message on hold is included.
Mobile Phones
Can be used as extensions connected to the NEC SL2100 or calls can easily be
transferred to a mobile phone for the associate that is on the move out and
about.
Free Phone System Programming
All new NEC SL2100 phone system with 3 phones or more include
Free Remote Phone System Programming with 60 days of updates. We
can safely and securely log onto you phone system via Show My PC
and perform all of the phone system steps need.
